Simulator Disclaimer
DroneSimLab is a web-based flight simulator intended solely for entertainment and educational purposes. It does not replicate the full physics, regulations, or real-world conditions of actual drone flight. This simulator is not a substitute for certified drone training, official pilot education, or real flight experience. Always follow applicable aviation laws and obtain proper certification before operating a real drone.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DroneSimLab you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
DroneSimLab is a browser-based drone flight simulator for entertainment and educational use. It is not a substitute for real pilot training or certification.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. Please provide accurate information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable laws. Any attempt to misuse, abuse, or disrupt the Service is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments
Some features require a paid plan. All prices are shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled from your account settings at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and software within the Service belongs to DroneSimLab. Your personal data and flight history belong to you.
7. Availability and Liability
We aim to keep the Service running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided as-is and we are not liable for any losses arising from its use.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated. Your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time. In such an event, we will notify registered users at least 30 days in advance by email.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after notification means you accept the updated Terms.
