2. What Data We Collect

When you register, we collect your name and email address. We also record data about your simulator sessions to provide your pilot dashboard. We store your login credentials securely and may log basic technical information for security purposes. Payment transactions are handled by our payment provider — we do not store card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and operate the Service, display your flight statistics, send account-related emails, process payments, maintain security, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data to fulfil our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and where necessary for our legitimate interests such as security and service improvement.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@dronesimlab.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services and Data Transfers

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — used to collect anonymised usage analytics such as page views and feature interactions. This data helps us understand how the Service is used and improve it. Firebase may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google LLC complies with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). We also use infrastructure and payment providers who may process limited data necessary to perform their functions. We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe we are processing your personal data in violation of applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO):
